Medical Directors and Officers

Mitchell Ehrlich, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Ehrlich is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry). He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehab since 1987. He is a graduate of Lafayette College in 1978 with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and SUNY Downstage College of Medicine in 1982.

Doreen Dimanche-Smith, FNP-C, APRN, MSN, BSN

Chief Medical Officer of Thrive Medical Clinics

Doreen has a paralegal degree and legal studies. Doreen received her BSN and MSN with honors, both from Stony Brook University. She is currently in the process of completing her Doctorate in Executive Leadership. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Doreen has experience in pediatrics and adult ICU, and emergency rooms. In 2020, Doreen opened Thrive Medical of Smithtown, NY. After successfully managing the office as the President, in 2021, Doreen became the Chief Medical Officer for all the Thrive Medical locations. Doreen is a mother to two step-children and mother of four children. She enjoys being a mom, laughing, shopping, dancing battles with her kids, singing Whitney Houston songs, and spending time with her husband and family.

Allison Keneski, RPA-C

Allison graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Touro College and is a member of NCCPA and AAPA. She’s been happily married for 13 years and is the mother of two. Her hobbies include paddle boarding, beach volleyball, and spending time with family.

Danielle Delpesce RPA-C

Danielle is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Touro College School of Health Science in 2012 and is a member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology. Danielle is committed to providing the highest level of care to her patients. She enjoys being involved in the entire patient experience by creating an individualized treatment plan to meet each patient’s unique needs and guiding their care to recovery. Danielle specializes in sports functional medicine, osteopathic manipulation, and trigger point injections.

Rich Mallon, PT, DPT, ATC

Rich obtained his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Clinical Health Science in 2012 and a doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 at Ithaca College. He is a licensed and registered NYS Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife outdoors at the beach, fishing, and hiking. He loves sports, played football for Ithaca College, and with that background, enjoys helping everyday athletes of all ages return to what makes them happy.

Acupuncture Team Members

Greta Sataite, MS, LAc, Dip.Ac(NCCAOM)

Greta earned her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2017. Greta has worked in a community-oriented clinic with a diverse patient population, from high school athletes to geriatrics, treating patients with an emphasis on lower back pain, cervical spine degenerations, knee pain, hip pain, and orthopedic injuries. She’s treated for neurological conditions such as Bell’s palsy, fibromyalgia, trigeminal neuralgia, as well as migraine headaches, and other headaches.

Luis Yepes, MS, LAc

Luis, originally from Puerto Rico, found a passion for acupuncture after the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017. He received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions and has experience in effectively treating orthopedic pain, allergies, and neurological conditions.

Jeremy Mierisch, MS, LAc.

Jeremy was drawn into this field due to being a severe and chronically ill patient for nearly a decade. If it were not for the intervention of eastern medicine combined with the efforts of western medicine, he would not be where he is today. After he got his life back, Jeremy was determined to become a licensed acupuncturist and help as many people as possible.
